Which languages does the voice agent speak?+
Latvian and Russian by default, English on request. Calls are recorded and transcripts are stored in your dashboard.
What about personal data and GDPR?+
Data stays in the EU, calls are recorded with notice to both sides. DPA is available, plus optional local storage for recordings.
